2010 Tariff

1 January 2010 until 23 December 2010

The hotel reserves the right to amend this tariff without prior notice.

Standard Daily Rates
All terms are quoted per person, per night, and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%

* 1st January 2010 –30th April 2010   Bed and Breakfast - £64.00

1st May 2010 – 30th September 2010 Bed and Breakfast - £64.00 to £86.00

* 1st October 2010 – 23rd December 2010 Bed and Breakfast - £64.00

* No supplement for Sea View or Balcony Bedrooms or Saturday night 1 night only.    Saturday Night (1 night only)  plus £15.00     Family Suites consist of two separate Bedrooms sharing a private bathroom

Children
Children under 2 years and sharing accommodation with two adults are accepted at no charge for accommodation only.

Special Childrens Offer
Children Stay Free with bookings of 5 nights or more.
Must be sharing with 2 adults In a Family Room or a Family Suite of Rooms.

Children (under 16 years) and sharing accommodation with two adults are accommodated at £22.00 per child, per night for Bed & Breakfast, inclusive of VAT at 17.5%

In order to allow parents flexibility, the following meal facilities are available in the restaurant:

Children's Tea served at 5:30 p.m.			£7.50
Children's Dinner served from 7:00 p.m.			£15.00

The above charge for Children's dinner is for a reduced Children's Menu. Where a normal adult dinner is consumed the standard charge will apply.

Special terms for Christmas and Bank Holidays are quoted on request

No service charge is added to guests accounts, but is left to their discretion

Supplements are charged during the season for double rooms let for single occupancy

All rooms are equipped with Teamaking facilities, Hairdryers, Direct Dial Telephones, Remote Colour TV, Radio and Baby Listening

Rooms available from 1 pm on the day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate their bedrooms by 11 am on the day of departure to allow adequate preparation for new arrivals

No allowance can be made for temporary absence, late arrival, early departure or meals not taken.

Confirmation of Bookings 
Accommodation is offered subject to being available on receipt of written confirmation.

A 10% deposit or a credit card guarantee is required with the confirmation of all bookings.

Cancellation
When you book any holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason, then under the law you will be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make. In your best interests, we therefore strongly advise you to take out Holiday and Cancelled Booking Insurance to safeguard your holiday.

When we confirm your reservation we will also enclose a Holidayplan form, which we have found to offer comprehensive cover at a very reasonable cost, and which includes cancellation protection in the event that you are forced to cancel or curtail your holiday for reasons beyond your control (including redundancy).

For peace of mind, simply complete the Holidayplan form, and return it with the appropriate insurance premium per person to:

Your Holidayplan Certificate of Insurance will then be sent to you immediately.

Value Added Tax  
The prices quoted in this tariff include VAT at the 17.5%. The management reserve the right to amend the tariff in accordance with any change in government regulations.
